What fuel types do you deliver?
We deliver ULSD (ultra-low sulfur diesel), dyed diesel, gasoline (#87, #89, #91, and E85), Jet A, DEF (diesel exhaust fluid), ethanol, and marine fuel. If you need a specific fuel type or grade, contact us and we'll source it.
What's the minimum order?
Most orders start at 500 gallons for diesel. Minimums vary by fuel type, location, and supplier. Call us at (813) 694-8898 for specifics on your situation.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is within 48 hours for orders under 500,000 gallons. For emergency fueling — hurricanes, power outages, critical operations — we offer 24/7 delivery. Call our emergency line at (509) 713-4570.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver statewide across all 67 Florida counties, including rural, remote, and off-grid locations. From the Panhandle to the Keys, if it's in Florida, we deliver there.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on fuel type, volume, delivery location, and frequency. We provide transparent, competitive quotes within 30 minutes. Volume discounts and contract pricing are available for recurring customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH transfers, credit cards, and invoice-based billing for approved accounts. Net terms are available for qualified commercial customers.
Do you provide delivery documentation?
Yes. Every delivery includes a Bill of Lading (BOL), meter readings, timestamps, and proof-of-delivery (POD) photos. All documentation is available in our customer portal.
What if my supplier can't deliver?
Every BettyJet order is assigned both a primary and a backup supplier. If the primary supplier encounters an issue, the backup steps in automatically. No single points of failure.
Do you offer emergency fuel delivery?
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency fuel delivery for hurricanes, power outages, generator failures, and critical operations. Call our emergency line at (509) 713-4570 — day or night.
Do you have a customer portal?
Yes. BettyJet is the only Florida fuel broker with a self-service customer portal. Place orders, track deliveries, manage delivery sites, view documentation, and reorder at app.bettyjet.com.
